Adoptee Relinquishment Trauma Training
The Adoptee Relinquishment Trauma training presents information on the circumstances that cause relinquishment trauma and how the trauma impacts an adoptee’s view of their world and their relationships. With relinquishment trauma being a form of developmental trauma, the workshop includes information on trauma’s impact on an adoptee’s brain functioning.
The presentation and learning objectives are adjusted for the presentation audience – mental health professionals, adoption conferences, and support groups.
